Unser Schwimmbad ist das Meer direkt vor dem Resort. Hier finden Sie gute Restaurants (Thai, europäischer, billige und teuere) und kleine Bars, entspannen Sie sich direkt vor Ort. Für einige gute Parteien, müssen Sie zu Fuß ca. 5 bis 10 Minuten laufen, aber das ist besser, denn dann können Sie in Ihrem Bungalow schlafen und Partei machen, wenn Sie Lust haben.

Tauchausflüge

Abfahrt des schnellen grosschen Bootes, Lila, ist vom Strand vor dem Palm Beach Resort. Ungefähr um 8.00 Uhr fahren wir nach Koh Phi Phi und Koh Ha, und ungefähr um 7.00 Uhr nach Hin Daeng und Hin Muang, Koh Rok und King Cruiser Wrack, Shark Point Phuket und Anemone Riff.

Das sind Ganztagesausflüge, also werdet Ihr am späten Nachmittag zurück sein. Wir wollen sicher gehen, dass Ihr einen ruhigen Tagesablauf habt und keine Eile geboten ist. So können wir Euch einen entspannten, sicheren und lustigen Tag auf dem Boot bieten. Wir unterteilen unsere Tauchgruppen je nach Ausbildungsgrad und Taucherfahrung und versuchen die Gruppengröße klein zu halten, so dass jeder einzelne unserer Kunden sein eigenes perfektes Unterwassererlebnis haben kann.

250 AWARE Divers (Taucher) und 2500 AU$ (Australische Dollar) Spendengelder

September 2010–Palm Beach Divers, Koh Lanta, Thailand konnte bis jetzt die einnahmen von über 2500 AU$ an Spendengeldern verbuchen. Seit Januar 2009 erhielten wir Spenden von 250 unserer Tauchgäste zur Erhaltung der wunderbaren Unterwasserwelt.

Ingelise K. Bier, Course Director bei Palm Beach Divers meint hierzu:
Wir organisieren über das ganze Jahr “cleanups” sowohl am Strand als auch UW, bringen Bojen an verschiedene Tauchplätzen an und unterrichten unsere Gäste in PADI Shark AWAREness Specialty Programm. Unsere Tauchgäste aufzumuntern an diesen Aktionen teilzuhaben und auch Geld zu spenden für dieses Programm ist ein guter weg dem Meer und seinen Bewohnern etwas zurück zu geben. Wir sind sehr glücklich und auch stolz damit PADI Project AWARE zu unterstützen!

Warum solltest Du dich für Palm Beach Divers entscheiden?

Wie in jedem anderen Beruf wird man aufgrund eines Einstellungsgesprächs, seiner Unterlagen und auf Grund seines Charakters eingestellt. Du weißt was du selber von einem Padi Dive master oder Padi Dive Instructor erwartest, wenn du Tauchen gehst oder einen Tauchkurs machst. Natürlich kennst du gute aber auch nicht so gute Divemaster/Instructor. Plätze wo du gerne arbeiten würdest aber auch Plätze wo du nicht wieder hin willst.

Wilkommen bei Lanta Palm Beach Divers

Wir sind die einzige PADI 5 Sterne IDC Tauchschule deren Boot direkt vom schönsten Strand auf Ko Lanta dem Longbeach (Pra Ae) abfährt. Von hier aus fahren wir zu den Tauchplätzen bei Koh Ha und Koh Phi Phi.

Unser Pool ist am Strand direkt vor unserer tauch resort. Natürlich haben wir auch einen Swimmingpool in einem unserer Resorts. Bei uns könnt Ihr alles finden, eine tropische Insel, wunderschöne Strände, tropische Riffe mit super Tauchplätzen, eine Bungalow Anlage mit verschiedenen Kategorien von Unterkünften, so ist alles nah beieinander und ihr könnt Euren Urlaub voll genießen!

Unsere Philosophie sind kleine Gruppen, entspannende, interessante Tauchgänge mit erfahrenen Guides, viel Spaß, Professionalismus, Sicherheit und Umweltfreundliches Verhalten. Wir lieben Tauchen und das ausbilden von Tauchern! Gerne würden wir Euch zeigen was die Unterwasserwelt so speziell macht.

Die Thailänder sind absolut wunderbar und liebevoll und ihre Küche ist exzellent. Unterkunft und Essen sind sehr günstig, das Wetter schon warm, die Strände voller Palmen mit spektakulärem Sonnenuntergängen und das Meer ein Traum. Unsere Tauchgründe zählen zu den Besten der Welt (siehe Video unten). Bei uns befindet sich alles unter einem Dach, Klassenzimmer mit Klimaanlage, Übungstauchgänge direkt vom Strand und die Freiwasser Tauchgänge mit unserem eigenem Boot.
Falls es mal zu Stromausfall kommt, haben wir sogar einen eigenen Generator und wir haben das ganze Jahr geöffnet!

Dear Palm Beach Divers, we would like to thank for 10 days of fun & pleasure ! We joined you for 210 hours under water, we have had 336000 liters of air, 168000 liters of Nitrox and unknown amount of beers at night in San Sunset Bar or at the dive center. We enjoyed the boat trip and introduced Thor into "ice-cube-diving"...We especially want to point out the flexibility of Lisa's dive planning and the deciscion to have 2 dives at dive sites with mantarays !! We had a fantastic and surprising time under water and above- I wasn't even certain I was diving when we arrived for a vacation and I ended up doing the full Padi Open Water Course with Pan as my Padi instructor. My most memorable moments were seeing the crazy colours of the octopus and sea turtles and having Pan spot things when I was sure nothing was there-especially the cuttlefish ! Also he pushed me off the boat, to do my swimming test to shore and gave me his shirt, so that the "aggressive plankton" did not eat me on the way. My "diving story" began 5 years ago when we arrived on Koh Lanta intending to stay for 4 days, but ending up staying for 5 weeks ! Steve was one of the first customers and, from the first meeting with "fello Essex man" Lee on the beach, to meeting Lisa & Lars and their other staff, we were made to feel like friends and very welcome. Steve completed his Padi Open Water and Advanced Open Water Courses, while I, with my enormous fear of Open Water couldn't even go onto the boat ! We returned in April 2009 to a lovely warm welcome, some familiar faces along with some new friends to make ! Steve quickly embarked on dives and this time I was "brave enough" to try snorkelling. Heidi was very reassuring during all 6 snorkelling trips and make me wonder why I had left it so long before looking into this amazing underwater world ! Back at Christmas 2009, with Zoe and Tom, who took to diving as quickly as their dad. I remained snorkelling. Finally in February of this year (2010) I made the decision that I wanted to learn to dive - and there was only one place that could teach me- Palm Beach Divers ! So we returned in April, Steve ready as ever to get back into the water and myself - very nervous ! I need not have been: everybody was so encouraging from my first day in the classroom, to my first step into open water. Remco has to be one of the most patient and encouraging teachers I have met. Despite my numerous attempts at the mask removal task, he kept encouraging me and telling me I could do it. Lisa's time and patience also with the mask task, was very much appreciated. I came with my friend Chris Busse, his girlfriend Not and my wife Sunanta. I was packing my bag tonight and found one of your Palm Beach Diver flyers and it brought back a lot of fond memories. het was hier fantastisch, leuke behulpzame staf en mooie duiken gemaakt. We komen zeker terug, maar wanneer...!!! The diving has been great. We have seen from Manta's till nudibranch. The guideshave a great eye to find the special underwater environment. They have been verry helpfull diving the whole weeks.

Just finished open water and advanced with instructor Dee. Learned a lot, saw even more... Shark, school of barracudas, turtle, octopus, squid and a short glimpse of a beautiful beautiful manta. Thank you so much!

We saw a whale shark on our very last dive (secret garden) for our Koh Lanta trip. A fantastic ending to 5 days of fun diving. Apologies if my boys gave Palm Beach Divers a major headache underwater! Thumbs up to your dive operation, very good job done!

Hi guys, Just finished IDC (Instructor Development Course) with Lisa. Hard course, but very glad I did it here. I was trained perfectly and thats exactly what I needed. For the examination it was the best support I could think about. A lot of moral support :-) and a lot of talking. Even in pretty rough conditions, PBD ran a smooth operation and we had a cool dive. Saw some huge potato grouper and some peackock grouper as well nudibraches and lobster. Thanks to Hendrik for all the support and cheer!
